What we mean by "Year One"

This is our prototype year. We're focused on three foundational pillars:

1. Story & Learning Foundation

Building story worlds based on cognitive and developmental science, not just entertainment. Every character interaction and world rule is designed to support children's natural curiosity and growth.

2. Trust & Safety Pipeline

Establishing human review processes and safety guardrails from day one. We believe guardrails don't limit creativity—they make the magic possible by earning trust.

3. Technology & Workflow POCs

Developing our agentic media studio approach with 30 GPT agents organized into Creative, Technology, Audience, and Business teams, plus our cross-functional Story & IP Lab.
