For Partners

Building the future of story worlds together. We're an AI-first media studio in Year 1, and we're looking for partners who believe in what we're building.

We're in our prototype year—building the foundation, testing ideas, and proving the concept. We're not ready for large-scale partnerships yet.

What We're Building

Blue Banana Farm is building safe, adaptive story worlds for children and families—powered by AI agents, grounded in cognitive science, and designed with trust-and-safety at the core.

We're not just creating content. We're building the studio engine to create it reliably: orchestrated AI agents that can generate stories, maintain character consistency, check safety boundaries, and adapt to each child's learning strengths.

Think of it as "modern Sesame Street + Thomas the Train for the networked age"—where Generative AI + autonomous agents + cognitive science amplify children's cognitive superpowers.

Four Story Worlds

  • • Tuckaway Harbor (flagship, ages 2-6)
  • • Charlie & the Clouds (ages 3-5)
  • • Gator Tales (all ages, starting with Teddy Bear Parade)
  • • Curious Guide to AI (older learners)

Four Studio Engines

  • • Creative Engine (stories, characters)
  • • Audience Engine (learning design)
  • • Technology Engine (AI tooling)
  • • Business Engine (partnerships)

Why a Static v1 Site?

Operational simplicity. In Year 1, we're focused on building the core story engine and safety pipeline—not managing server infrastructure.

A static website lets us:

  • Ship fast without worrying about server scaling or security
  • Stay secure with no server-side code to exploit
  • Keep costs low during our prototype phase
  • Focus resources on the story engine and safety systems

When we're ready for interactive features (user accounts, adaptive content, real-time experiences), we'll migrate to a dynamic architecture. But for now, static is the right choice.

Our Local → Cloud Philosophy

We believe in local exploration + cloud production. Here's what that means:

Phase 1 (Complete): Local CrewAI POC

We built our first orchestrated agent crews in JupyterLab—inspectable, repeatable workflows that let us debug drift, compare variations, and tighten consistency. This taught us what works before committing to cloud infrastructure.

Phase 2 (Ongoing): Orchestrated GPT Agents

We're expanding our agent swarm with planning/PO structure—focusing on tone, safety, storytelling charm, and faster iteration. Still mostly local, still highly inspectable.

Phase 3 (Next): CrewAI Crews via APIs

More formal crews and repeatable workflows with stronger team structure. This is where we'll be ready for partner programs and cloud activation paths.

Phase 4 (Later): Cloud Infrastructure Migration

Once workflows are stable and proven, we'll migrate to cloud for reliability and scale. Exploratory creative work stays local; repetitive/mission-critical workloads move to cloud.

Why this matters for partners: We're not rushing to cloud before we understand our workflows. When we do migrate, we'll do it thoughtfully—with proven patterns, clear cost models, and partner-ready infrastructure.

Our studio process is human-led and AI-assisted. We're building the tools and workflows that let us create high-quality content at scale—but we're not there yet.

What Support Helps Most

Right now, we're exploring what partnership could look like. We're open to conversations, but we're not making commitments until we have a stable foundation.

🤝 Cloud Platform Partners (AWS, Google Cloud)

We're building AI-first workflows that will eventually need cloud infrastructure. We're interested in:

  • • Startup credits or activation programs
  • • Technical guidance on AI/ML infrastructure
  • • Support for agentic workflows and orchestration
  • • Partnership on safety and content moderation tools

🎨 Creative & Production Partners

We're building story worlds that need visual assets, voice talent, and production support:

  • • Illustration and character design
  • • Voice acting and audio production
  • • Animation and motion graphics
  • • Music and sound design

📚 Distribution & Platform Partners

We're building for families and educators. We're interested in:

  • • Educational platform partnerships
  • • Library and school distribution channels
  • • Family-focused app stores and platforms
  • • Content licensing opportunities

🧠 Research & Advisory Partners

We're grounded in cognitive science and learning design. We value:

  • • Cognitive and developmental psychology expertise
  • • Learning design and educational research
  • • AI safety and ethics guidance
  • • Child development and family dynamics insights

Independent Studios & Creator Teams

We're building the Blue Banana Farm Studio Engine not just for ourselves, but to help small-to-mid studios and creator teams compete with major studios—ethically, human-led, and at studio-grade quality.

What we can do now

  • Pilots & co-development projects
  • Workflow design support
  • Guardrail templates

What's coming

  • Reusable crews
  • Continuity tooling
  • Safety review pipeline patterns

Our boundaries

  • No IP grab
  • No replacement posture
  • Permissioned inputs

Our commitment: We're building with trust-and-safety at the core. All kid-facing content goes through dual safety checks (automated + human review). We're privacy-first by design—no child accounts or personal data collection yet. We believe guardrails make the magic possible.
