Blue Banana Farm Media Studio (a Nevada Partner LLC) operates bluebananafarm.com. We are privacy-first by design. We believe families deserve clarity, control, and respect when it comes to their data.

  • Referral source - Where you came from (e.g., search engine, social media, direct visit)

Important privacy protections:

  • Session-only cookies - Analytics cookies expire when you close your browser (no multi-day tracking)
  • IP addresses are not stored - We enable IP anonymization, so your IP address is masked before any data is recorded
  • No advertising features - We disable all advertising and personalization signals
  • Sanitized URLs - We remove query parameters and hash fragments from URLs before tracking (no sensitive data in URLs)

Only What You Choose to Share

If you contact us via email at kim@bluebananafarm.com, we receive:

  • Your name (if you provide it)
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to mailing lists without explicit permission, and we don't share your contact information with third parties.

What We Don't Collect

  • No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) - We don't collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses through the website
  • No IP addresses - IP addresses are anonymized and not stored
  • Child personal information - We don't collect names, ages, locations, or any identifying information from children
  • Precise location data - We don't collect or store your geographic location beyond general region

Our website is hosted in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.

Currently, since we don't collect personal data, this doesn't affect you. If we introduce data collection in the future, we'll comply with international privacy laws including GDPR for European users.
